Everyday needs.
Thoughtful follow-through.

People should be able to explain what they need in their own words. These ten scenarios show how TalkDone’s voice-first approach could connect a conversation to a completed task.

01A fictional version is live

Appointments & Scheduling

“Find an appointment that works for me.”

Bring booking, rescheduling and reminders into one conversation. The intended workflow checks availability, reads back the exact details, obtains approval and verifies the booking.

Today: Try it today with fictional appointments and a controlled test provider.

02Planned capability

Questions & Results

“Help me get an answer from my care team.”

Route a question to the right authorized team, track the response and make approved information easier to access. A result should come from the responsible source, with clinical questions handled by a qualified professional.

Today: No clinical records, test results or result interpretation are connected to this preview.

03Planned capability

Medication Support

“Help me ask the pharmacy about a refill.”

Coordinate a refill request or reminder and bring medication questions to an authorized pharmacist or care team. Follow-through would confirm the request’s status and flag anything requiring human review.

Today: The preview does not request refills, change medication or give medical advice.

04Planned capability

Care Follow-Ups

“I have a question after my visit.”

Help people capture a follow-up need in their own words, reach the appropriate team and track whether it was addressed. Each pilot would define who responds and when to escalate an unanswered request.

Today: Real care-team outreach and response times have not been validated.

05Planned capability

Caregiver Support

“Let my daughter know the appointment is arranged.”

Share an approved update with a trusted helper and coordinate practical next steps. The person receiving information, the information itself and permission to share it must be clear before a message is sent.

Today: The current preview sends no messages to family members or other third parties.

06Quality evaluation underway

Multilingual Access

“Let me explain it in my own language.”

Recognize the language being spoken and respond naturally, including when a caller changes languages. Review and approval should remain understandable throughout the task, without a language-selection menu.

Today: English has completed the controlled workflow. Russian, Spanish and language switching are still being evaluated.

07Planned capability

Fraud & Scam Protection

“Someone asked me for money. Can you help me check?”

Help a person pause, describe a suspicious request and reach a trusted helper for review. The goal is an understandable next step and a traceable handoff, without acting on the suspicious request.

Today: No financial actions are available. TalkDone does not guarantee fraud detection or protection.

08Planned capability

Discharge Support

“Help me follow up on the instructions I was given.”

Support practical follow-up after a care transition: organize questions, coordinate a visit and bring uncertainty to the responsible team. Any instructions would need to come from an authorized care source.

Today: The preview does not process discharge records or interpret recovery instructions.

09Planned capability

Appointments & Transport

“I have a visit on Tuesday and need a way to get there.”

Coordinate the visit and a suitable ride through authorized providers. A completed task would need separate confirmation of both the appointment and transportation, with changes surfaced to the person.

Today: The working demo can make a fictional appointment; it cannot book a real ride.

10Planned capability

Check-Ins & Escalation

“Please help me reach someone about this concern.”

Collect a non-emergency concern, route it to an authorized human and track the handoff. A pilot must establish coverage, escalation rules and what happens when nobody responds.

Today: This preview does not monitor safety, contact emergency services or provide emergency response.
