Registration and follow-up
We collect your name, phone number, email, organization if supplied, interest, and consent choices. We use them to verify your email, provide demo access, respond to your request, and manage the inquiry in TalkDone’s HighLevel CRM. Providing a phone number does not authorize promotional texts or automated calls. Optional marketing emails require your separate choice and include an unsubscribe option.
Email verification and essential storage
A short-lived code verifies that you can access the email address. This does not establish legal identity or verify ownership of the phone number. Essential browser cookies maintain access and protect form submissions; they expire after eight hours. No advertising trackers are included in this page.
Recorded voice preview
When you choose a voice session, the microphone is used only after you start the conversation and grant browser permission. Demo calls are recorded and transcribed for troubleshooting and product evaluation. TalkDone’s project operators and service providers process these records. Do not share medical information, payment details, passwords, government identifiers or other sensitive data. Use fictional task details.
Service providers and safeguards
The preview uses HighLevel for CRM and verification email, DigitalOcean and Supabase for the application and its state, and Vapi with its configured speech/model providers for voice processing. Inngest coordinates the controlled task workflow. This release is a limited, fictional-data preview with a maximum of 20 registrations and six recorded calls. It is not a claim of independent security certification or healthcare compliance.
Retention and choices
Verification codes expire after ten minutes. Pending form details are encrypted in application storage and removed from those temporary records after successful CRM synchronization or on the next intake cleanup after 24 hours. Raw demo recordings and transcripts are reviewed for removal within 30 days. Inactive inquiries and minimized task records are reviewed after 90 days. These are operator-managed reviews, not an automatic vendor deletion guarantee. We retain the minimum opt-out record needed to honor your preferences. Documented investigations, active inquiries and provider backup retention may require longer handling; contact TalkDone to request review, correction, withdrawal or deletion. We confirm the scope and completion of a deletion request rather than assuming that removing a CRM contact removes every copy.
What the demo does
The working demo creates fictional appointments with a controlled provider. No real appointment, purchase or message to another person occurs. A completion report goes to TalkDone’s internal test inbox. Concept films show future product ideas. TalkDone is not an emergency response service and does not provide medical advice.
